What to Expect at the consultation
1. Get Started
Start by inquiring and fill out a new patient form with detailed description to your knowledge.
2. Meet Our Veterinarian
One of our veterinary team members will meet with you in order to review your horses history and its primary needs. If you work closely with your own vet or your horse had surgery, we will work closely with your preffered veterinarian.
3. Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once your horse has been assessed, we will provide you with a diagnosis and options for treatment and/or therapies. Your veterinarian or ours will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your horse.

What types of payment options are available?
We offer daily rates which can be paid via emailed invoice, check or zelle.
Are there payment plans available for my horses care?
We do not offer payment plans, all services are billed by day or monthly. All veterinary services are due at time of service.
Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
Yes, upon consultation with our manager and veterinarian we will propose a rehab plan with pricing.
What therapies will I need?
Therapies provided by our staff are A la carte and at your preference after our recommendation.
What is your cancellation policy?
If scheduled for a physical consultation, our cancellation fee is $125
How can I get my horse transported?
On-site staff has trailering services. Two different size and types of trailers available to pick up and drop off for additional fees.
